The journey of salted codfish, from the Vikings & Newfoundland to slave food and Jamaica’s national dish. Known for his bright sense of fashion American Iron Chef Mario Batali is also verse on packing on and shedding a couple pounds, so I’ll take his word that “you just need to eat enough to get you to the next meal.”
